The settling-in period with this product is very short, and caring for the panties requires no extra effort compared to caring for regular underwear.Simply use these panties like regular underwear, changing them when they are saturated with fluid. You can wear the absorbent panties for up to 10 hours for safe hygiene, without irritation, odour or leakage (depending on your menstrual flow), reusing them for up to 2 years.Femi.eko absorbent panties with Heavy absorbency are made of elastic cotton and very pleasant to the touch, giving beautiful body shapes. The absorbent area (the one that comes into direct contact with the genital area) is made of organic cotton, for protection without PFA or other chemicals that are harmful to your health.
We use 4 different layers of protective material in their construction, making heavy and moderate flows or nighttime use manageable. Thanks to these absorbent layers, Femi.eko panties are also effective in the last postpartum days, in case of very light urinary incontinence or for daily secretions and pubic sweating.When choosing your size, remember to select what you normally wear. The first layer of material that comes into contact with the intimate area:

• Medical grade fabric through SilverClear™ technology
• Composition: 80% polyester + 20% nylon
• Function: soft and smooth, quick drying, anti-microbial, anti-odor and treatment.

2nd layer:

• Liquid storage and absorption
• Composition: 100% polyester
• Function: Liquid storage, strong absorbency, efficient drying

3rd layer:

• Leak resistant and waterproof
• Composition: 100% TPU
• Function: breathable, leak-proof

4th layer:

• Underwear
• Composition: 95% cotton + 5% Spandex
• Function: breathable, comfortable, soft to the touch, elastic

Use & Care

• Wear them for up to 10 hours, depending on your flow.
• Wash Femi.Eko panties before first use at temperatures up to 40°C. This will help to activate the protection in the absorption area.
• Rinse after use in cold water until water runs clear. Then you can wash normally at temperatures up to 40°C.
• We recommend the use of a hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergent, preferably liquid (for complete dissolution in water without white deposits on the material).
• Do not use conditioners, bleaches or other harsh chemicals as these can destroy the protective technology in the absorption zone.
• After the end of the menstrual cycle, you can wash and sanitise them at 60°C.
• Don’t iron them, dry them normally or use the dryer, remember not to exceed temperatures of 40°C.
• Reuse them for up to 2 years.
• Enjoy stress-free menstruation days.
